We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, it is not possible to modify or cancel an order once it has been shipped.
However, if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, it means there is still time; we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.

On average:
In the vast majority of cases, your package is simply in transit and there is no action required.
If tracking appears to be blocked, it often means the package hasn't yet been scanned at its next stage. This is perfectly normal. The carrier will scan the package as soon as it arrives at its next depot or collection point.
When a package is marked as “delivered” but you haven't received it yet, it's possible the delivery person scanned it a little too early to complete their route. This happens frequently.
We ask that you please wait another 2 to 3 business days . In the meantime, please check with your neighbors, building manager, concierge , or in your mailbox .
Don't hesitate to contact La Poste or Mondial Relay directly (depending on the chosen carrier) to explain the situation . They can sometimes provide helpful information.
